About Your Speakers
CHANDLER ATKINS, is a partner at Roberts Perryman, P.C. in St. Louis. He defends personal injury, wrongful death and professional liability cases, with a particular emphasis on claims involving dram shop liability and premises liability involving third party criminal acts. Chandler also serves as Director of the New Heights Tutoring and Mentoring Program, for which he received The Missouri Bar’s Tom Cochran Community Service Award and Volunteer of the Year from St. Louis University School of Law. Chandler and his wife, Laura, began the program together while attending college. They live in Wentzville, Missouri with their three children.
MARIEL TAYLOR, is a partner at Kamykowski & Taylor, a women-owned litigation firm in St. Louis. Her practice has focused on the representation of health care providers – including hospitals, physician groups, individual physicians and nurses – in both litigation and non-litigation matters throughout Missouri and Illinois. She has extensive experience with defense of medical malpractice claims and has handled hundreds of cases through all aspects of the litigation process, from the initial case investigation through case disposition, whether that is by dispositive motion, settlement, jury trial or appeal. Mariel was selected to Missouri Lawyer’s Media Power List – Healthcare Attorneys in 2021-2022, and has been on the Missouri-Kansas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for multiple consecutive years.
MATT GREENBERG, is a partner at Harris & Hart, LLC, a litigation firm in Overland Park, KS. He defends personal injury, wrongful death, trucking cases, insurance bad faith, and other insurance extra-contractual claims, with a particular emphasis on litigation relating to insurance coverage disputes. Matt has represented numerous Fortune 500 insurance carriers, as well as other companies in various stages of litigation, and frequently assists carriers with pre-suit investigation of claims. Matt practices in Kansas and Missouri, as well as numerous federal courts in the Midwest, and is a member of numerous professional associations.
