How can you dispute your LSA leads?

Google Ads is accountable for providing you with valuable leads based on the information in your Google Business Profile. In a fair world, you shouldn’t pay for invalid leads.   1. Log in to your Google Local Services Ads account. If your account was created by our team, we’ll be happy to share your account information!

On your Leads dashboard (see below), click on the lead you want to dispute

  1. On the lead information page, click on the three dots at the right-top and click on “Dispute”
  2. Now simply follow Google instructions, explain why you’re disputing the lead, and click on “Submit”

What can I expect after disputing a lead?

As you might have already guessed, the process can be slow. However, you have high chances of getting credits in your account, which you’ll use to invest in leads that become clients for your firm! After disputing a lead, Google will take a couple of weeks to assess your request and, if approved, up to 40 days to grant you a credit.
