There are 2 ways to use the AI chatbot:
- It can be used as a simple data collection bot that asks pre-determined questions like: “Tell us about your case” or “Please, give us your Name and Email”. This is the default version of the chatbot.
- It can also be used as a real AI chatbot that learns information about the services you are providing and then can answer any questions that are related to those services. Activating this type of chatbot is on special request only and requires some additional information from you besides the usual Email, Phone and other intake information.

Then, you can follow up on your time with the information in your personalized chat dashboard.
And unlike many of the chat services out there, ours is not a pay-per-lead model. You’ll pay a flat fee (or receive this service gratis as part of our Market Leader plan), ensuring transparency and reducing your firm’s costs.
Our Process and Timeline
Setting up the chatbot as a simple data collection bot is quick and easy. The only inputs we’ll need are:
- Access to your live website
- The email address and phone number where you’d like to receive leads
- Any specific questions you’d like the chatbot to ask, for example type of legal issue
Setting up the chatbot as an AI will require all of the previously mentioned items plus some other information about the services you offer and which knowledge you’d like the AI to have.
A few days after beginning the process, you’ll see the live chatbot on your site and chat leads will begin flowing into our lead tracking system.
If you have additional customization for the chatbot, we can update it at any time.
ROI is always our primary success metric! Although the chatbot itself does not generate leads — as in, it’s not how people first hear about your firm — it does help capture them.
We track leads who contacted you via chat along with all others in our lead tracking system.
We aim for a 30% or more increase in lead intake through the chatbot. This can take a month or so to ramp up.
It’s Important to Know
- The chatbot can only be placed on a live site, ensuring it’s accessible to your visitors. If your site is still in the development phase, you will not see a chatbot yet.
- If your preferred email address or phone number for receiving leads changes, notify us! We’ll need to update the information in the chat system to ensure you continue receiving your leads.
